Wound to approximately 6.4k (bridge) and 6.8k (neck) with heavy formvar wire like they were in the '60s. Their unique design gives them a classic, bright surf tone.

The bridge uses AlNiCo 2 magnets to smooth out the top-end, while the neck pickup uses AlNiCo 5 magnets to provide a tighter low-end.

Unlike many aftermarket Jaguar pickups, these come with the steel claw and are available with white, parchment or black covers.

As standard these pickups are lighty wax potted to allow a more open and detailed sound, but reduce the chances of any unwanted microphonic feedback.
